FAQs

Can you run my exact test procedure?

Yes. We execute your TP verbatim and record evidence (scope screenshots, logs, photos). If anything is ambiguous, we pause and ask for clarification.

Do you work with companies outside your area?

Yes. J-Tech LabWorks operates on a ship-in model and works with engineering teams nationwide. You ship boards and documentation, we do the work, and results come back fast.

What are your safety limits?

Bring-up is limited to 24 VDC (typical 3 A). We don't perform battery-pack testing or hipot unless your TP provides explicit, approved steps.

What do I get back?

A 1-page results summary PDF, plus a ZIP of scope PNGs, logs/CSVs, and photos. Boards are shipped back to you.
